How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all online orders over $100 within New Zealand. Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $10 New Zealand wide.
Which courier do you use for delivery?
We use CourierPost Express tracked and signed for Delivery (1-2 working days).
How do I know the status of my order?
We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery at https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/
or call CourierPost on 0800 268 743 using the track and trace number emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
We want to get your item to you as fast as possible, so orders placed before 2pm during weekdays (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Shipping typically takes 1-2 working days. We do not dispatch orders after 2pm Friday until the next Monday, or working day if there is a public holiday.
Can I have my order sent overseas?
Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.
What currency can I use?
We only accept New Zealand Dollars at the moment.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your card or Paypal account will be charged the full cost of the order as soon as the order is placed.
Are all your items genuine?
Yes, we are licensed stockists for all of our products. They are all 100% authentic.
What warranty do your products have?
Most products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
How do I place an order?
There are a number of ways to browse the site. You can use the menu at the top of the page, the search function or any one of the categories on the home page.
Once you have found a product you like click on it, if there is a size option select your correct size and then add it to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart' button.
Once you have finished shopping simply click the cart button in the menu and go to checkout.
If you already have an account on Jamies.co.nz simply press the log in button then complete the shipping and payment details.
If this is your first time on our website please fill out your details and then add a password so next time you shop with us you can just log in.
Select your payment method and enter your payment details, accept our terms and conditions and then just press the place order button.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive confirmation of your order via email and once your item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is available to order on our website then this means the item is in stock. However, from time to time due to the high rate of sales both in store and online, there may be some discrepancies. We will inform you as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock. If you do wish to know in advance if a product is in stock, please do not hesitate to send us a message

Can I cancel or amend my order once it is placed?
If your order has been placed, but not dispatched we will make the change or cancellation straight away. Please call us straight away on 03 448 8802 to let us know.
If we have already dispatched your item or you have already received it then we are happy to cancel or make the changes once the item is returned to us in accordance with our return policy
Part of my order is missing or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or an item is missing please get in touch with us and we will do our best to get the right item to you as fast as possible.
Any incorrect items must be returned first, so please fill out the returns form included in your package, or download it here
and return the item to us.
Please use an insured tracked and signed for service when returning your item as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
We will contact you once we have received the incorrect item and dispatched your replacement item so we can arrange to pay for your return shipping costs.
